So I baked this cheesecake in celebration for my mom after she got a raise at her job. Her co-workers demanded her to bring something to work to share with everybody. One of the requests that got most votes was for her to bring a cheesecake. So, she came home asking me to bake her one. Unfortunately, my family and I (except for my mom, of course) did not even get a chance to taste it. =(
